Directions

From Rte 202 take Rte. 30 East to Rte. 352. Turn right onto Rte. 352 to the first traffic light (not flashing). Turn right onto King Rd. and the Community is a short distance down the road. Turn left into the community and the office is on the right.

From Rte 202 North or South exit at Rt. 29 South (Follow signs for Immaculata College). Take Route 29 S to Rte 30 West. Take Rte 30 W about 4-5 miles and make a left at the traffic onto Rte 352 South. Follow that uphill and through 2 traffic lights. At the second light make a right onto King Road. Take for about ½ mile and we are on the left. Enter and follow signs to Leasing Center (just beside the tennis courts)

From Rte. 3 (Newton Square/Upper Darby), take Rte 3 West to Rte 352 North. Follow Rte 352 North about 8-10miles to the intersection of Kings and Frazer Roads. Make a left onto King Road, we are ½ mile on left.

From Delaware, take Rte 202 North, exiting at Rte 3 East (Newton Square). Take Rte 3 approximately 4-5 miles to junction with Rt. 352. Take Rt. 352 North about 8-10miles to the intersection of Kings and Frazer Roads. Make a left onto King Road, we are ½ mile on left.
